「島根原発では、重装備ではなく普通の作業衣で働いた」と驚くような証言が飛び出すと同時に、「民宿で食事中、敦賀原発で２人の作業員が足をすべらせて核燃料冷却用プールに落ち、１人は這い上がって助かったが、もう１人は火傷というか皮膚炎がひどく亡くなった。助かった人も１ヵ月後に死によりました」と、悲惨な現実が話題となっていたと言う。原発の闇の世界も労働者たちの口コミで伝えられているのだ。
